What started out as a small-scale house flipping business in 2010 quickly captured the attention of Vancouver realtors. Reigning from Israel, Yoseph (Yossi) Hayun brought his family to Vancouver, Canada, in 2005 in hopes of living out the Canadian Dream. Yossi's passion and knowledge for construction and architecture run in his blood. Returning to Israel from Libya in 1948, Yossi's family was heavily involved with building Israel's existence today. Yossi's Father was a self-taught construction worker who worked on many building projects still standing today. Yossi being the youngest of nine children, followed in his brothers' footsteps of learning the ins and outs of construction alongside his Father. When the time came to join the Israeli Defence Force (IDF), Yossi served as the commanding chief tank engineer in his unit. Upon finishing the IDF, Yossi returned to his passion for construction.
Arriving in Canada in 2005 posed several obstacles. For instance, different building materials, other measurements, and of course, a foreign language. Yossi spent five years working for a company to learn more about the Canadian "flare". He expanded his knowledge in carpentry and interior design, amongst other skills, like learning English.
Continuing the family legacy, each of his three sons has worked with him throughout the years. In 2017 Yossi took his youngest son, Guy Hayun, as a full-time employee and project manager. Guy attended Western University studying business management and organization.
